Great service as usual 👍🏻

Great service only negative would be the ground needs concrete or tarmac as it is hard to roll your cases on and they were absolutely filthy hence why the bus was so dirty too.

A very efficient park and ride service both in departure and arrival. Helpful staff and drivers.

Seamless service. But my car was extremely dusty and needed a car wash asap.

The price was good the staff I seen were really helpful. I have given 4 stars has my flight was delayed transport was slightly delayed and it was late evening (dark) when we arrived, the car had been moved to where I left it, we were told where could find it there was no lighting in the car park so we had to ask an assistant to help us find it she was very helpful and found it in a different place to what she was informed it would be, I am not sure I will use this car park again if I I have a late return flight.

Good value Organised Quick drive to the airport and only had to wait 15 seconds to be picked up on our return Car very dusty when I got back!

No hanging around as minibus was available immediately. Maybe just lucky? Parking area itself is not tarmacked so pretty dusty and uneven. Would’ve been a 5 star if not for this.

Everything went smoothly, they never answered the phone for pick up but in the heat of the day the mini busses run really reguarly so not a problem. I will definitely use again when flying from Bristol.

Very good price. Easy to drop off and pick up car. Could have done with the car being a bit closer as we got back in the early hours in the morning but other than that would recommend.

I always use Oakwood. The only improvement needed is a better system when collecting us from the airport. If you are first in the queue and put your bags in the back you are not be guaranteed a seat as it’s a free for all. Perhaps the drivers need to control who gets in and when.
