Speedy transfer to and from Bristol Airport. The signage for entrance and reception could be clearer.

A little wait to transfer to the airport but extremely prompt on our return. We’ve used Oakwood Parking many times over the years and the service has always been great.

Good to see there is a waiting shelter in case of rain. Would help if area tarmaced to avoid muddy shoes.

Parking was no problem but we were disappointed at the waiting time for the bus to and from the airport. Seemed to be only 1 bus operating at our departure and arrival.

Quick and easy, parked car keys given to reception. Mini bus to drop off point about 200 yards from main door of Airport. On return waited around 5 minutes, then two mini buses sent. Lady happy driver, pick up keys, told car was on the right hand side of car park away we went. All in all would use again as we have done before.

Friendly service. Comfortable clean minibus too and from the Airport. Only issue was, we telephoned to be picked up. Instead of asking us to wait inside until the rest of the passengers arrived. We were left out in the cold at 1am.

Not far from the airport so short transfer, perhaps they need larger transfers vehicles. Never had any problems with them. Drivers always chatty, check in easy. No cover if it is raining.

Good affordable parking with a quick transfer to the terminal. My only bugbear is that drivers leave the driver’s seat too close to the steering wheel. I would prefer them to leave the seat in the back position.

Nice and easy, however they should run additional buses when flights land in the evening.
