We always use Oakwood - happy with the service, however there is one guy who works in the day, who wasn’t happy helping load cases, he said if we can’t lift it don’t pack it, however I was travelling alone this time with my little one so our case was heavier but within airline guidelines. Normally my husband would load it. I understand he is self employed but perhaps he needs to get himself some insurance, as elderly / disabled and single parents may need help Lifting cases.

No problem. No waiting for buses, there within minutes. Just need to be tarmacked because car needs washing due to dust.

EVERY THING WAS FINE EXCEPT FINDING THE CAR ON OUR RETURN WAS NOT EASY. WERE VERY HELPFUL WITH MY TRAVEL WHEELCHAIR.

Our journey on the way was very pleasant and driver couldn't do enough to help us. Very friendly and chatty and helped us on and off the bus. The return journey was a totally different case hence the stars would have been 5! We arrived and he told us to wait until he knew there were enough seats. There were enough and went to put our bags on with no help from him and all the passengers has loaded there bags on and it was a shambles and nothing was packed great, especially when we had two large bags at the end to add to the pile. We then went to get on and the seat was taken up by the bags so had to then move them! He did not attempt to help or say travel in front to make it easier. When we got dropped off he sat in his seat and didn't move no help at all. I know it was a hot day but I am sure you are being paid to assist with helping your passengers as we have always had this in the past using you.

Great place to park for Bristol Airport - just a few minutes from the Terminal. We had to wait a little while when we arrived for the minibus to fill up before they took us to departures but we were probably just a little stressed and worried about missing our flight. On our return after midnight, it only took 5 minutes for the minibus to collect us, although took a bit longer to find our car in the car park - a shame they couldn't have moved it a bit closer as they were obviously expecting us. Good value overall.

Excellent facility, slick, easy process. Literally 5 minutes from Bristol Airport and drop off by minibus shuttle at the airport‘s original drop area so 2 minutes walk to terminal. No waiting around for shuttle- straight on both on outward and inward journey. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the car park could do with resurfacing - not easy to pull heavy cases. 5 stars for service however.

Service too and from the airport fast and reliable. Generally 10 minutes. A slight criticism car came back dusty after a 10 day trip. Would recommend the car park. Price is very competitive and you can get a discount code if you sign up with parkandgo.co.uk.
