Very good service, and only 5 minutes from the airport.

Often use Oakwood due to the price and proximity to the airport and usually happy. I'll continue to do so but will avoid if I am returning on a late evening flight in future. It's chaotic with only 1 mini bus running. Tempers were heated on our latest return with some failing to get on the mini bus 3 times before doing so. Another mini bus is required at peak times to address this.

Very good service - only down fall on the way home we have to wait nearly 40 minutes to get our car key as it was on the other bus. Other than that, brilliant.

Hi, parking fine but can you not park my car under a tree, 🌳 it was full of sap and took 3 washes to get a shine back!

Fine service, just had to wait 20 minutes to get picked up, this part could have been better.

Good service on arrival, very efficient and taken straight to the airport. On collection at 3 am quick pick up, taken back to car park, asked driver on return where my car is and told don't know but somewhere in the gravel area or in one of their other two car parks. Not what you want to hear at 3 in the morning especially when not lit up and driver had left to go on another collection and left in the middle of the car park with two large suitcases.

There was nobody around when we arrived so I (and another driver) couldn't see useful signage telling us what to do. Otherwise the service was problem-free.

I have used Oakwood previously, the drop off pick up is 1st class and excellent timing. Much improved from last visit Dec 2017, car parked at same location when I collected. Dec 2017 keys left, my vehicle had been driven to another location and returned. Mud on tyres, mud footprints on carpet. This time perfect, worth a 2nd chance.

No problems, straight forward. As it says, park and go and would try them again in the future and a bonus being near the airport.

Simple, no frills parking. You drop your car & car keys & get in the mini bus & get dropped off at the airport 5 minutes later. On return you phone once you've picked up your luggage, go back to the pick up point & wait. If there are too many people you will have wait for the one mini bus to return - may be 20 minutes. Give your name & confirm type of car, keys returned and you drive off. Simple. There could be more lighting at the car park on a night time arrival. Clicking the car key button may make your lights flash so you can find your car, but it is pitch dark, so if you drop anything - especially your car keys- very difficult to find anything without your headlights on.
