VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

First time we have used VIP Meet and Greet. Was unsure what to expect, but it worked out really well. On drop off we were met promptly, on return we only had to wait 5 minutes - faster than using on-site Silver Zone. A couple of very minor points: * Pick up person was not very communicative * I photographed my car as evidence in case of subsequent damage (a habit due to using hire cars abroad). It may have been better customer service had the meet and greet person done so. Anyway, car was returned without damage so all was fine. * Had to leave £5 on drop off for parking exit. We knew this so was not a problem. However, I don't use cash very much so would have preferred if it was included in the price at the outset. Overall, we were pleased and would use again.

Highly recommended VIP Parking Bristol Meet and Greet. We booked the wrong date of return and the guys were so obliging, making every effort to get us our car ASAP, despite it being parked behind other vehicles. Absolutely our fault but we weren't made to feel an inconvenience at all & they were very forgiving & understanding. Couldn't have asked for more.

Last year my £ 75,000 car was returned with the drivers inside covered in mud . When I dropped the car off this year I specifically brought this up with the delivery driver & he promised to put paper mats in the car . However when it was delivered there were no mats & the mud was worse . I have had to have the carpets professionally cleaned . I am using you next February at Bristol & don't want any repeat of this negligence. The car was collected & delivered very promptly so compliments on that part of the service.
