Second time of using VIP Parking Bristol...absolutely brilliant service. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We arrived at Bristol Airport much earlier than we had said, but despite that we were met within a couple of minutes. The return was even better as we arrived at the car park and within 30 seconds our car was there. You were recommended by our daughter, but I was still nervous having never used such a service before, but now wouldn’t hesitate to recommend VIP Parking Meet and Greet, Bristol to anyone. Thanks again.

Despite following all instructions, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive and collect the car and 20 minutes to have the car delivered back to us. When we got the car back the drivers footwell was covered in mud, as were the wheels and wheel arches. Disappointed with service.

First time I have used VIP Meet and Greet, Bristol. I would definitely recommend as it was just so easy to do from start to finish! I was delayed for 5 days due to flight cancellation and they sorted it all out for me, kept my car and gave me a great rate for doing so. I even got flustered on my return and rang the wrong number which they sorted out straight away. Honestly can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using again. Thank you so much.

Both change overs went ahead smoothly. No negatives. Please make it clear that the £5.00 exit charge is for the customer to retain so that he/she can exit. I thought it was to pay the driver handing back the car. He refused, telling me that it was for me to use. You also have honest employees.

Absolutely first rate. Courteous and incredibly punctual- will certainly use again.
