VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

Our experience was good, except you need to know where they are going to pick up your car on arrival. It's not clear but the central section is where you need to leave the car. Otherwise you can incur parking charges. Some sort of signing would be useful. Otherwise it works well. I would use them again!

Very pleased with the service. I was a little nervous just handing over my keys to someone in a car park. All was good. Both the dropping off and collecting was fast and efficient. Minimum extra miles on my car so must have been close by. Very happy. Will use again.

We were required to phone when we were 20 minutes away from the airport but how do you know when that is? We rang and told them where we were so perhaps they could tell how much longer we would be but we were told to ring back when we were closer. When we dropped off the car, unlike other companies we have used, they don’t take photos of the car (so I did). It would have been nice if they had helped us get the cases out of the car when we dropped the car off, and again when we picked it up as we are both elderly. Otherwise dropping off and collection went well.

Car collected and arrived in good time. Good communication and instructions given prior departure etc. I recommend VIP Meet and Greet, Bristol.

Great service once again. Would recommend this service the only reason I gave a 4 is the first point of contact on the morning of dropping the car off the gentleman on the phone was very grumpy I know it was 3.30am but you are 24/7 parking. But the collection and returning of the car excellent 👌. Will definitely be using again.

Straight forward to both leave and collect car, very fast and efficient service.

Easy drop off and collection. I made a phone call to VIP Parking Meet and Greet, Bristol at the right time for the drop off, and the guy waved to me as I drove into the drop off area. On collection I phoned the number again and we waited only a minute for my car to arrive. My point deduction is because all the controls in the car had been adjusted - Radio station, heating, display.

Worked well on the day, thanks very much. My only but of negative feedback is around giving the driver £5 to exit the car park. It would work better if £5 was just added to the original booking fee to cover this. I missed the bit in the small print about paying £5 and luckily I had it on me.

The VIP Meet and Greet service was excellent and good value for money. I’d recommend using this service, it makes the start and end of the holiday so much easier.
