VIP Parking Bristol - Meet and Greet Reviews

Booked VIP Meet and Greet as return flight was in the early hours and a lot cheaper than Bristol’s onsite parking and about the same as their Silver Zone Parking. They turned up at the expected time so happy with the service. Paying the £5 drop off car park charge could be a bit of a faff if you do not have the right cash and would be better included in the prepaid amount.

Bit of a delay when we arrived as a whole bunch of people arrived at the same time. Probably had to wait 10-15 minutes. No problem when we arrived back. Called from arrivals & car turned up quickly. On the whole a good service & would use again.

Good service, we phoned for the car when we came back and it arrived fairly quickly with considering how busy the airport was. Only problem the invoice wasn’t specific about giving £5 cash for the driver to get car out of drop zone luckily we had cash on us. Will know next time.

First time using VIP Meet and Greet. I usually park in the Bristol Airport Long Stay. Drop off is close to the terminal and driver was prompt to greet us for both departure and arrival. Price is really good and cheaper than long stay. Will use them again.

Busy time at Bristol Airport so I used VIP Meet and Greet - very simple and efficient- I would have given 5 but Bristol Airport is not a great experience but thanks VIP.

The service itself was easy, I was disappointed by the mud in the footwell of my car and also on my pedals, they were not only dirty but slippy due to the amount and freshness.

Good service however, red mud being brought into my car with dirty feet and hands on my mats and door handle. Front left wheel is caked in this mud also. Looks like my car was parked in a muddy area for this to have happened.

Man that collected car and returned car was great, no issues. However man on telephone was quite rude to my daughter shouting at her. We couldn’t establish exactly where to collect our driver, I’m British and familiar with this airport. Not used the meet greet service before. I would use it again as it would be less stressful now I know their routine and greet point. The service and its clients would benefit from clearer instructions.

Very efficient and timely service.The service was easy to use and the attendants polite and helpful. My only criticism is that my car was returned splattered in huge amount of mud. I understand a little bit of dirt but it was filthy. If it had been returned relatively clean it would have a 5* rating.

All good except return journey ...asked to pay AGAIN to exit the car park area. Which we had already done . Slightly frustrated as we normally recommend easily.
