Edinburgh Park and Fly Reviews

Service on booking was excellent, and location for people coming from the west is very good, but the long wait to be picked up was not so good. I had to phone 3 times and waited 30 mins for pickup.

We ony ever use Edinburgh Park and Fly. Excellent staff quick to take you to airport and extremely prompt at picking you up to take you back to your waiting car.

This is the first review I have ever written, but I would like to say as a frequent traveller I was very impressed with this service. Polite, helpful and friendly staff who were keen to help. I thought because of the cheap price it would be miles from the airport - but it wasn't!. On our return I got through on the phone easily and for the first time ever the minibus was waiting for us.

The service was excellent. It was so simple to leave the car at reception and when we returned the car was waiting right at reception. It couldn't have been easier. Could have done with better signs at the turn off near McDonalds, we had to ask as couldn't see very well in the early hours.

We found our car park stay with you was excellent. Appreciated that our car was warmed up for us as we were returning from Egypt (very hot) to very cold Edinburgh.

The service was 1st class. Very efficient and friendly. Will definitely being using Park & Fly in the future.
