Total panic when I arrived at the carpark only to find it was closed down!!! After a few attempts I managed to contact them to find I had to drive into the multi-story at the airport. Once that was sorted the service was first class.

i have used various parking facilities during holiday periods and believed that none of them nowadays held car keys, and was therefore disturbed at having to leave my keyless fob whilst off on holiday. The fob was left on passengers seat which meant if anyone at all accidentally touched the button on my car door, then it would have locked as this is what happens when the keys are in the vicinity when button is pressed. This means neither me or anyone else could open my car.I did explain when I left my car that I did not wish fob to be left on seat.

OK as car parking goes, but difficult to understand the accents (Polish?). Could have been more customer friendly.

Not easy to Find, you need more signs to direct customers, This may put people off next time-employees have a poor understanding of English this needs to be improved, On whole OK

Should have been able to give this a 5 as it was easy to find, close to the airport and really hassle free but I down graded it because a very rude, loud boss man was shouting at employees while we were there. We were embarrassed and the employees were embarrassed. He was loud and aggressive. Totally inappropriate.

Pick-up drop-off service good and swift - approx 10mins from terminal (in industrial estate beside Ratho road). Only concern was that a lot of cars seemed to be left (by staff I presume) propped up on rather high kerbs due to lack of space in carpark - I suspect the speed/force required to mount such kerbs was somewhat brutal. Still, cheapest parking at the airport by miles, though.

I was a bit disappointed in Park & Fly this time because My car was rather Muddy round the wheels and the drivers floor mat was also very muddy I had to shake it out before I got into it.I can only asume it was parked in muddy patch and when they moved it for me to pick up the mud was on the attendants boots and the mud kicked up onto the car when it was moved. I'm not pernickety with my car but I do not allow it to get caked in mud and I had washed it the day before I so it wasn't muddy when I checked it in. I have used Park & Fly before and had no problems. Also we had to give all our car and flight details on arrival which I was suprised at as car parks usually just ask you if the details they have are correct but they didn't seem to have our details. Not that this was a problem, I just thought it unusual.

Car park was ok but couldnt find it at first called the number given for directions and went continously on to answer machine. When arrived another customer scraped all my door with his car on the way out so wasn't happy at all !!
