Edinburgh Park and Fly Reviews

I have used Edinburgh Park and Fly for years with pleasure but this time might have been the end for me and I will not be back. On arrival at the airport the driver unloaded my luggage in the road directly behind the van, wished me well, got in to the driver's seat again - and then reversed! I was still struggling to lift my heavy cases up on to the pavement. Luckily I screamed loudly enough for him to hear and stop,inches away from me. Believe me, that was a very close call. He changed gear at once and drove forward again, but did not even get out to ask if I was OK much less apologise. Good bye, Park and Fly.

Although I was in UK, all the personnel spoke Polish, I thought a was in another Country, very unsettling experience. On arrival at the car park, there were cars parked everywhere, looked as if they had been abandoned, you had to leave your car keys, so you don't know if they were parked securely. I will pay the little extra next time to get piece of mind.

Phoned Park the evening before flying to check access due to heavy snow. Was informed for safety reasons the park was closed for 48 hrs. Would have appreciated at least an email advising me of closure giving me more time to make alternative travel arrangements. Manged to get flight anyway but at a cost. Have spoken to park and fly and awaiting refund...Thanks

We have used Edinburgh Park and Fly several times and as usual we have no complaints about the service. The transfer to and from the airport was both prompt and efficient and as a result of this we will continue to use Edinburgh Park and Fly in the future.

Arrival OK, departure a nightmare, one of minibuses broken down, stood almost 25 minutes in cold with kids at midnight waiting for a promised 5 minutes. Driver allowed people at back of queue to pile on the other side, no checking off names etc. I will not use again.

The service was very good. Unfortunately, we had to spend an hour the next day cleaning the car which was covered in bird droppings. As a result I am unlikely to use the service again. If this hapens the car should be cleaned for the customer or other action taken!

Service on booking was excellent, and location for people coming from the west is very good, but the long wait to be picked up was not so good. I had to phone 3 times and waited 30 mins for pickup.

Good value for money, very quick transfer to airport on arrival, but we had to wait 25 minutes for our pickup at the airport. This happened to us before. Most other companies had 2 pickups during that waiting time. I think this is excessive and I'll rather pay it bit more next time.
