Reviewed on 22nd June 2014Would never use this service again. Car park is no where near the directions given on parking voucher. You need to enter the multi storey car park at Edinburgh Airport just as well I didn't take my Jeep as it is too high to get in a multi storey. (nothing mentioned about this anywhere on info). To top it all off my car was used to go to McDonalds the reason I know this is the receipt was left on the passengers seat.

Reviewed on 27th October 2011Very easy to find coming from the North and no delay in being transferred to the airport. Pick up was very efficient, too.

Reviewed on 20th May 2010I have used Park And Fly at least once a month for the last 6 months without incident, however on 12th March I arrived at the car park to find the minibus had a puncture. The other minibus was just leaving as I arrived. After 10 minutes I expressed my concern to the member of staff that I was going to miss the bag drop at the terminal. His reply was that this was just one of 'life's crises'. There was no contingency plan and the first minibus had not arrived back, I assume because it was now waiting at the airport for passengers coming off flights. It was a full 25 minutes after I had arrived at the car park before we left with the puncture fixed. Unsurprisingly the bag drop had closed and I had to pay a further £35 at the gate to get my luggage on the plane. While I accept that punctures can happen, there was no apology or effort made to get me to the terminal for my flight. While the small print will no doubt advise that I should have arrived earlier to allow for things like punctures, it was an 0630 flight which I have never been late for before. I will not be using Park and Fly again. In the circumstances a taxi both ways would have worked out cheaper!

Reviewed on 3rd June 2009Never having used this airport before, I found the instructions easy to follow, the staff extremely polite and helpful. Definitely the most civilised way I have found to start and finish a journey. The even ensured my car was opened and cooled on the hottest weekend of the year so far. The only improvement would be a valet service to be included!!

Reviewed on 15th May 2009My colleague and I came out of the terminal at 1710 and phoned to inform your office that the flight had arrived and we were at the bus pick-up point. At 1740 I had to phone again and was told that the bus would be there in five minutes. Fifteen minutes later it arrived and the driver intimated that he had not been told the we were waiting. We were not impressed and will not be using the service again.
