Edinburgh Park and Fly Reviews

I have used this car park many times as I have always found them very good with competitive prices. However, they have changed their car park, without informing me so when I arrived at 5am following the directions given I found car park no longer existed. I phoned them and I was told to go to airport multi story level 2. A man was waiting for me and took car away. On return car waiting for me at the same place. To be honest it was easier and more convenient, if only they had let me know in advance of the change.

The people who work there are friendly, and helpful with your luggage on and off the minibus. I would recommend Park and Fly, and would go with them again if I flew from Edinburgh.

Pick up and drop off good. Only comment I have was on the return to the car park my car had been parked on an untarmaced part of the car park, so it was just as well it was dry! I was also told that the keys were in the car but they were not and I had to go to one the staff and ask for them.

Overall service very good with fast transport to airport and little delay in being picked up. Would use again.

Excellent service. The congestion at the entrance (coach transfer, etc) leads to concern about damage to your car (In fact it was well looked after) - Otherwise first class.

Great location for airport, less than 5 minutes away. Good value for money.

Very easy to find, efficient even when I had to change my arrival time/date at last minute, no long wait for transfer bus, upon my return and dropped at my car which was ready for me to go, excellent service highly recommendable. I will be using it as my Number 1 Parking from now on as I commute every week.
