Great service and friendly staff. Quick transfer both ways. Would use again.

Although I was in UK, all the personnel spoke Polish, I thought a was in another Country, very unsettling experience. On arrival at the car park, there were cars parked everywhere, looked as if they had been abandoned, you had to leave your car keys, so you don't know if they were parked securely. I will pay the little extra next time to get piece of mind.

Should have been able to give this a 5 as it was easy to find, close to the airport and really hassle free but I down graded it because a very rude, loud boss man was shouting at employees while we were there. We were embarrassed and the employees were embarrassed. He was loud and aggressive. Totally inappropriate.

Booked on-line; drop off and pick up were exactly as described - our car was waiting for us with the keys ready to go. Ideal for parking at Edinburgh Airport. Will certainly use again.

Was great when we arrived, held the van for us when we were running late, was fantastic. Unfortunately on our arrival home, when we phoned to get picked up we were told someone on way, but had to phone half hour later as no one came, phoned and told to wait at stop someone on way..45 mins later we were collected. Was a shame as meant we got home very late as had hour drive home.

Perfect service. Will use every time. 5 min from airport. Transfer waiting for us when arrived even after we were later than expected. Phoned on return and transfer arrived five mins after phoning. Delayed flight, but was no problem. Thanks, highly recommend.

Have beenusing this car park for some time now and have no complaints. Everything has been smooth running and the car is waiting at the reception area for us when we come back. Good service and very reasonably priced.
