outward journey was quick and efficient, however the return journey I was asked to call when i had collected bags, i called and was told where to wait, we were then held up at customs for about 15/20 mins and one of our cases was looked at. The delivery driver rang to ask where we were and i said we are just getting through, when we got to our car he shoved the keys in my hand and stormed off. Very rude, it is hardly our fault if we are held up at customs.

The most import element of Park and Go is being able to communicate with the person picking up your car, with EPG there were a number of problems, their main phone line down due to weather related problems and communicating with the pick up driving there were "network problems" this didn't help and eventually I was contacted an hour after I had landed. This was an unnecessary level of added stress when this service is meant to take that away. Conclusion it would have been cheaper and quicker to park myself. I have used this service before and other companies have been fine, but will not use EPG in the future.

The service worked efficiently for us although there was no reply from the phone when we called on our way to the airport, their Guy contacted us. A bit of a wait (15 mins) for the car on our return to Gatwick - we called when we were at baggage reclaim and they told us to call again when we had all our luggage but perhaps they should have left when we called first time? Car was delivered and all in good order. Would use this service again.
