EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

I had difficulty contacting the car park en-route and then the collection driver was late. In total we had to wait 45 minutes, and on our return I was told that I would not be able to collect my car until the following day, the owner did subsequently bring my car but over an hour after our initial contact, he was very apologetic but as the telephone operator could barely speak English it did not bode well, we will not be using this service again, which is a shame as we have used it several times in the past without a problem.

I will not use EPG again.The two phone lines were constantly engaged so I arrived at LGW without having been able to contact EPG. On my return a similar thing happened and I could not get through to them until I was already on my way to the short term parking.

We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare only to be told when we phoned that there was no record of our booking and claimed their computer had crashed and they would have to go back to the office to check. We were then told it would take at least an hour before they could get someone to us. Because of the situation we were then late booking in and did not get a very good reception from the check in staff. Will NOT use this company again and would not recommend them.

The only way to go when driving to a airport,the driver was waiting for me when I got there and I only had to wait 5 mins outside the airport on my return. Staff very helpfull, first class service. No more parking miles away and having to bus in for me, try it you will not regret it.
