Return pick up went well, the car was ready for us when we arrived at the specified location. On the drop off though, the Meet part of the Meet & Greet didn't happen, despite us phoning in good time (getting onto M23 from M25). We waited in cold car park for over 15 mins and had to phone again. The driver collecting our car didn't show any identification and could have been anyone until he gave us the pickup ticket.

Arrival was okay. The person taking our car away arrived within 5 minutes. However, on collection, we called when we had our luggage and were waiting nearly half an hour for our car to be delivered.

One of the two telephone numbers given was out of service. The other number was answered and the instructions given. On arrival at the Short Stay Car Park there seemed to be just one person attempting to check in a number of cars in different locations. On return to Gatwick we had to wait more than 25 minutes for the car to be delivered as our arrival didn't seem to be expected although I phoned within 5 minutes of my booked time. Quite disappointed!

I was driving to airport alone and ensured I had the correct phone number in my phone as it is dangerous to phone from the car. I phoned 8 times but got an answer machine saying I had to phone the second number. This was impossible as I was driving on the M25 and could not stop to phone the second number. I had to wait till I arrived at the airport to phone the second number and therefore had to wait for the man to arrive which delayed me unduly. I should not have to input 2 numbers in my phone to contact this company. The man was unsympathetic so I will not be using your company again. Shame as it worked very well when collecting the car at Gatwick.

45 minute delay picking up car on arrival. Not what I'd expected. A bus would have been cheaper and quicker.

great pick up awful return 40 mins wait car covered in bird droppings worst experience at Gatwick meet and greet. shame because initial contact was great

A very friendly and efficient service but my car appears to have been parked under a lighting/cctv column, tree or similar where birds perch as there was a considerable amount of bird muck on it at collection. This has resulted in damage to the paint on the roof of my car. As a result I wont use this service again.

We had to change our flight time back to UK and were unable to contact EPG, either by text, phone or web. It was stressful not knowing if somebody will be there. Otherwise the rest was ok.

Hello, I often use meet and greet and decided to use EPG for first time. The service was good other than it was disappointing to have to park the car in the car park for drop off and to have to pick the car up from car park (and in addition to having to pay the car parking fee). The other meet and greet companies I use meet on the drop off on the street (which is much better when you have lots of bags)

I have used EPG before and was pleased with the service. This time I was running 15 minutes early and when I rang was told gruffly not to arrive until the appointed time, ie park up and wait. We were delayed on the return and had to wait for the car because there was only one person on duty and he had several cars to return. Not the service of previous usages.
