Very friendly and courteous, there was a problem in that they had not received the paperwork but still sorted everything out efficiently. Happy to use them again.

No waiting, good directions, efficient and friendly drivers, good pricing. Only downside is LGW itself!

Drop off was great, no issues. Collection was prompt, but driver stopped car in car park lane rather than park it in proper space. When I indicated that he should stop it in a space, he manged to take two spaces! Also muddy footprint on carpet, car had only recently been fully valeted. 😟

I have used park and go for years and am always satisfied. Last time was no different. However we had booked the car in at 4.30 am but were early. we rang at about 4am and said we were 15 to 20 minutes out to be told that we would be met at 4.30 which we were. There should be flexibility as to timing as traffic can vary.

Easy drop off. Waited 15 minutes from the time we called to when our car arrived. All was well and would use again.
