Reviewed on 20th August 2018Two phone numbers on the reservation - neither gave us a person; one just referred to the other. That number had a recorded message which said ring a third number. However the message was read by a nincompoop so quickly and the number not repeated that getting it correct took five attempts and wasted nearly 10 minutes before we made contact with a human being. Exceedingly frustrating. Once contact had been made the meet and greet were carried out pretty swiftly and courteously. No apology for the lack of correct number or idiotic phone recording. If only the right number had been on the reservation, this review would have been Five Stars.

Reviewed on 18th February 2018The admin staff were really helpful as we need to amend our drop off time the day before our flight. We called when 15 minutes away and the employee was rude and happy to argue that we were not arriving at the right time - we were too early. I explained that we had changed our time the day before but didn’t seem prepared to accept it. On our return I tried calling the number available when we had collected our luggage but there was no answer. Then I had an call off a number which was an employee demanding where we were. I explained I had called and there were no answers but he rudely ignored me. Staff were rude and very dismissive which was not what we had expected considering I have used park and go for over 10 years and always recommended them. Very disappointed.

Reviewed on 2nd November 2017I had to wait in the orange car park for the driver to take the car away. When I got back the car was very dirty and the smell inside the car was bad too. I was not impressed.

Reviewed on 10th October 2017Have used your company a number of times and always found it very good but this was the worst experience we have had. Our car was returned to us in a disgusting state covered in a mix of bird droppings, snails, leaves and general dirt. The driver said he was ashamed to bring our csr back in that condition.

Reviewed on 12th July 2017Tried to call your office before arriving in Gatwick on the day of departure. When we eventually got through, we were told there was no record of us being due to arrive that day (even though we had received confirmation from you ourselves) and, despite being almost at Gatwick, were asked if we could wait for about half an hour while something was sorted out! Not the best start. Also, it's quite difficult to make out what's being said on the phone sometimes. I am unlikely to use your company in the future.

Reviewed on 6th July 2017Arrived at Gatwick, parked and went through. Perfect service. Returned 3.5 hours earlier then I advised, hey it's long haul around the world these things happen, the employee said it was early and it wasn't ready, I'll call you in 20 minutes, we waited, heard nothing, so I call again, very unpolite staff member, who kept blaming me, we had connecting flight to catch so needed car back to change over luggage... He hung up on me, that's right he hung up on me. Car arrived 25 minutes later. They need to be more flexible, they had the flight numbers, should be checking and how dare you hung up on the customer. Not impressed with return leg

Reviewed on 28th August 2015Its a great service, good value and convenient compared to other options and the drivers are courteous, helpful and know the system. Its just a bit of bun fight picking the car back up as there is no designated drop off or pick up point in the car parks so its a quick change over at the corner of the car park and I have a feeling the authorities will clamp down soon. Other than that brilliant.

Reviewed on 13th April 2015Awful. We've used a few of the Meet and Greet companies and they are generally ok. EPG weren't. On the way in, they couldn't find our booking. On the way out we had to wait 40 mins for our car. At least the car turned up undamaged.

Reviewed on 17th June 2014There was someone to pick up and deliver the car at the right time and there was very little waiting around which was great. But it wasn't entirely a hassle free experience. I was told off for ringing too early on my way to the airport (20 mins before arrival) and had to ring back when I was nearer. We then couldn't get through on either of the lines advertised and only finally got to speak someone when we were a few minutes from the airport. Apart from the irritation this caused, I don't think this system would work very well if you were travelling on your own. I phoned when only 20 minutes away because at that time I was stationary and could use the phone. The service in the end was ok, but I think the communication skills of your people could be a bit better.
