Arrival proceedure was good but on return we were unable to contact the delivery driver as the mobile number was permanently engaged. This was quite frustrating and only resolved when the driver called us from his private mobile. This is not a satisfactory situation to be in and we were waiting in the airport wondering if anyone would call and when we would get our car back! The driver delivered our car but left without giving us the parking ticket which meant we had to go to the car park desk and explain our situation, fortunately they did give us an exit ticket for £3 as noted in the conditions.

Difficult to rate, service was impeccible. My concern was over customer relations. Never used your service before and handed over my car to an unknown person. On asking if I could take his photo, the reply was no, that's illegal. Can't see the problem of having a photo taken and would certainly have put my mind at ease. Would not have used the service again based on this interaction, but I may be inclined to as the young chap who delivered my car on our return was charming, caring and an asset to your company. This may sound like whinging, but as a first time user, I would have benefitted from such an assurance. Thanks, Jake

On approaching departures, I phoned to say we were nearly there, but were given the wrong directions, ended up going in public car park, then couldnt get out without having to buy a ticket, worse than this the muppet in the public car park had me searching the floor for my ticket which i thought was not needed as I was just driving through. So due to this, it was the most stressful car parking at airport experience ever, me and my wife were literally pulling our hair out with the public car parking muppett! As long as you know where to go, its super smooth and I will pay for this next time. Coming home, a quick call and car was there waiting, so all fine here. Just make sure you kwow where you are going!

All good except the 20 minute wait for our car when we returned. It rather defeats the object of the service, particularly as we cleared immigration and picked our bags up very quickly. It would have been as quick for us to have used long term parking...

I booked for 2 cars to be met and paid in advance , had all the paper work to verify , but when I rang to meet our 2 cars they had no record of the second car and subsequently only had one driver to collect. Not what you want after a stressful journey to the airport. The return worked fine.

The process of the meet and greet experience was very good. However the mileage on my car suggests that my car was parked over 15 miles away, which is difficult to accept. The staff were very polite, but I suggest you introduce a form which is filled out recording the mileage.

A member of staff who rang to enquire about our check up time was obnoxious and pedantic when I told him we'd been delayed. The actual guy who met us was very pleasant as was the gentleman we dealt with when we returned.
