Your people were extremely understanding and most helpful in responding to our revised schedule due to the BA debacle on 27 May, causing us to re-fly on 29 May. Excellent service, will use again.

Great service provided by these guys, waiting for us on arrival, and then on return they monitored our flight and were aware we were landing 25 mins earlier. No waiting around, car was well kept, definitely would use again, one of the cheapest quotes received as well.

45 minute delay picking up car on arrival. Not what I'd expected. A bus would have been cheaper and quicker.

I will not use EPG again.The two phone lines were constantly engaged so I arrived at LGW without having been able to contact EPG. On my return a similar thing happened and I could not get through to them until I was already on my way to the short term parking.

Very quick and efficient service with leaving and picking up our car. The only fault is the phone line to contact the company to arrange pick up and collection. Had a problem with them hearing us and then with us hearing them - had to ring a couple of times to get a good line both on drop off and collection.

Pick up and return on time. could do with better instructions when leaving airport.

Excellent service!! We were delayed in Greece for 6 hours due to strike action & I was a bit worried about car parking......but they arrived within minutes of me calling them.

Had to wait more than 15 minutes for them to turn up both ways but not really a great problem! Good company & very courteous. Would definitely use again.
