Excellent, can't say anything less. Our plane was late but that made no difference our car was there within 10 mins. Both drop off and pick up was painless and drivers courteous.

Have now used e.p.g many times and always found them reliable and friendly, car always returned within 10-15 minutes of call to them on arrival. Have recommended to others.

Very good communication and punctuality. I was particularly well-served by the young man who collected my car on day one as I had a problem with my car key and he fixed it while I went away to check-in. A small improvement you might consider making is to make it clearer that you do not need 3 one pound coins to exit the car park - in fact it is a lot easier to use a card.

Absolutely brilliant we use them three times a year. Our flight was delayed once again by 3 hours we had two tired children with us but no problem the driver was there waiting for us with a friendly smile cant recommend them enough about to book them again for October.

What more could we want - for 2 weeks at North Terminal Gatwick, seemed to be the lowest price on offer and the procedure went like clockwork, phones were answered, we were met on arrival and the car turned up as we exited the lift! Why go elsewhere. PS And I am a fussy, often critical bloke!

I was met both times with a very courteous welcome. Dropping my car off was very easier and better in the short stay car park in the allocated bays especially as a single traveller.
