EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

I always use a meet and great service, this one ranked up there with the best. I arrived about 1/2 an hour early but only waited about 5 mins. for the collection. On my return I waited a about the same. the staff were polite and very helpfull.

Have used this service a few times and never any problems. Will use again in the future.

This was the first time that we have used EPG (the previous company we used has disappeared without trace) and easily our best experience yet of valet parking! Now that Gatwick have moved the handover to inside a carpark (rather than play cat-and-mouse with the parking wardens in the drop-off zone) it is altogether a calmer job, but naturally Gatwick charges for this! The fact that this new arrangement costs another £3 (or presumably £6... but the first £3 is covered in the up-front fee) is a tiny price to pay for the convenience of it all. the charge is not down to EPG but rather Gatwick, and EPG take GREAT care to point out at the time of booking and on all their paperwork that you will need £3 to exit the car park, so I cannot understand the complaints that some have voiced. Just tuck £3 in your ashtray/ glovebox before you go... simple. EPG were pleasant and easily understood on the phone. We were met by the most professional driver/valet I have ever met, he was bang on time both ways and very helpful in terms of pointing out the lifts / exit. In fact, I would describe it as similar to meeting your dad at the airport... (I'm sure he won't mind me saying that)...exactly the sort of person you are immediately happy to hand your keys over to and leave you relaxed and ready for the airport security/ passport/ boarding bunfight! We have recommended EPG to all our friends and will definitely be using EPG next time we fly from Gatwick; it was the most pleasant bit of the whole Gatwick experience!
