Absolutely brilliant, would definitely use EPG again, I rang were told they would be there when we arrived and they were, on return rang again getting luggage and when we got out the car was there, first rate.

Slightly worried when called both numbers for 10 minutes without getting through when going on the M23, but no problem with a pick up or return. Feedback would be have one central number with more lines with no answer phone message. Good service.

On arrival, the pleasure of having the car taken from you, was as easy, as the phone call to say you were arriving. Nice friendly staff.
