EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

Very efficient and friendly service. The only problem comes from the attitude of the 'traffic wardens' at Gatwick, who make it hard for the drivers to make the exchanges. But thats not the fault of EPG.

Meet and Greet at Gatwick North. Service was excellent and personnel courteous, did not have to wait at all at either end of the journey.

Excellent and prompt service especially welcome at the end of our flight home of course. Charming young man who also helped us take out and put our cases in the car. One small point - my confirmation note said to phone on arrival in the baggage hall which I duly did. Found that the first number was unavailable and was then told to call again when I had my luggage - was told that this should have been on my notes. Will use this service again.

Excellent service. EPG were waiting for me as I arrived at Gatwick North departures. They called me soon after my return flight landed and were waiting with my car as I reached arrivals. I did not have to call, chase or wait for EPG. I would use them again.

Excellent service. Waiting for us when we arrived and the car was returned as we exited the terminal. Couldn't have bettered the timing. Certainly use again.

all was OK until we had great difficulty in trying to find the agreed meeting point to collect our car outside Gatwick North Terminal. Trying to find our way out of the terminal in mid- evening was a nightmare, but that was no fault of EPG as the driver was very patient.

Staff pleasant and friendly. Only comment on pickup was that we had to wait 10 minutes for car to arrive, but driver did apologise for delay.
