Superb service will definitely use the valet service again in the future. The lady who collected the car - Sue - was extremely polite, friendly and v professional. A real credit to your company.

This was the first time that I have used this type of service.I usually use the long stay parking wait for the bus lug on your luggage have a trip around the car park then off to airport and the same on return. NEVER AGAIN the only way is MEET AND GREET so easy I rang them when I got on the M23 and was met within a couple of minutes of parking where told to and on the return I phoned them while I was collecting my luggage and they were at the pick up point when I got there I was met on both times by an elderly gent who was friendly and helpful what more can I ask for EXCELLENT SERVICE will only use this type of service from now on

We took the grandchidren to tenerife so we tried the meet and greet epg service, We were really pleased with it they met us on time, just 2 phone calls departure and return and they were there no hanging about just great. i will reconmend this to my family and frieds, Thanks EPG.
