Reviewed on 6th March 2010No Hassle, couldn`t ask for better service. They were waiting for me on arrival, and on return they rang me as I was collecting my luggage and by the time I made it outside, I only had to wait less than 2 minutes!! 5* treatment!

Reviewed on 20th February 2010The most import element of Park and Go is being able to communicate with the person picking up your car, with EPG there were a number of problems, their main phone line down due to weather related problems and communicating with the pick up driving there were "network problems" this didn't help and eventually I was contacted an hour after I had landed. This was an unnecessary level of added stress when this service is meant to take that away. Conclusion it would have been cheaper and quicker to park myself. I have used this service before and other companies have been fine, but will not use EPG in the future.

Reviewed on 20th February 2010This is the 2nd time i have used epg.On arriving at gatwick i rang epg to inform them i would be 15 mins but there phones were down.I began to worry but i didnt need to because within minutes they rang me.A similar story on our return. Our luggage was delayed so was 30 mins late.EPG rang me to find out where i was.A 1st class service and would definitely use them again

Reviewed on 18th December 2009Great Staff and punctual, It does say it is under roof parking? is this the case, as I choose EPG for this reason im not sure this is true as my car was as if it was parked outside for the week. Other than that good service.

Reviewed on 12th December 2009I found EPG Parking very efficient, They rung my mobile before we left home to say they were expecting us. I rung them 15 mins away from Gatwick and the collection was on time. The return was within 5 mins of my phone call. I will use them again.
