I used the Meet & Greet service August 2009. I was met punctually for my departure and on my return it took a mere 5-7 minutes from my phone call after collecting my luggage to have my car delivered back to me, excellent!!!

Our experience was superb.... the driver was with within 5 minutes of arriving at the airport and again when we arrived back. A brilliant service that I would have now doubt in recommmending to other people.

The service worked efficiently for us although there was no reply from the phone when we called on our way to the airport, their Guy contacted us. A bit of a wait (15 mins) for the car on our return to Gatwick - we called when we were at baggage reclaim and they told us to call again when we had all our luggage but perhaps they should have left when we called first time? Car was delivered and all in good order. Would use this service again.

Excellent service, would certainly recommend it and use it again, very reasonably priced and couldn't have been easier to use. It makes a big difference having the car waiting at the departure and arrivals pick up points.

Fantastic service, we had to wait over an hour for our luggage and the driver did not complain at all...very prompt service would definitely use them again!
