LGParking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Having used LG several times before and been pleased . This time not so . Waited about 15mins for the drop off before someone arrived . Upon pick up they had us arriving the following day ! Hence car wasn't ready . Made me feel as if my fault . Our voucher clearly said the correct date . Told it could be up to an hour before we could collect our car . Argued and the attitude back was very poor . In all fairness the car arrived after about half an hour . But was not the service we expected . Mistakes happen but the attitude was awful . No apology etc . Not very impressed . As a repeat customer I expected more polite professional service .

Booking was easy as always and customer service was very accommodating when I had to change date and time of drop off and pick up. Having had only positive experience with LG Parking, it took me by surprise when calling for collection of the car I was confronted with a member of staff who acted in a very rude and unprofessional way even accusing me of intentionally losing the pick up ticket because the time of pick up was stated wrongly. Turned out the pick up time was printed wrong on the pick up ticket which unfortunately I didn't check when given. Still no excuse for this kind of behavior. I hope my next experience with Park & Go which I had already booked, will be a pleasant one again.

Caught up in the Monarch collapse, I messaged the company to inform them that my return would be delayed by eight hours and asked for acknowledgement, but nothing received! On arrival at 0130 on 17th October, was charged the £10 (after 2359, or next day, levy) which took the shine off an otherwise satisfactory service.

Dropped off the car okay. On collection had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the car park befor the car was returned!! Not the best of service. Also why do your drivers have to fiddle with the radio and heating controls?

Good meet and greet service but only three stars because they asked me to pay for my exit ticket when it was already included in the price. Sorted out in the end though.

Good on arrival - pleasant collection and re-assurance of what will happen. On collection, a little disappointed that it was not made clear where to collect from - delayed us by 15 minutes.

There was confusion when we dropped off as they could not locate the details and no one was at the car park. We had to wait around 20-30 minutes for someone to collect the car, which could have been a problem if later for our check in. On arrival back in UK we again had to wait for around 15-20 mins for the car to be returned to us. Would have been better using shuttle bus to car park and other drop off services we have used have staff in the car park so we have never had this delay before.

They were given a full 15 minutes warning of our arrival at Gatwick but took 25 minutes to come to pick up the car.

Outward trip was great. Arrived on time and very good service. On our return our flight was delayed by 1 hour and this caused huge issues for the company. When we called they said it would be 20-30 mins which was fairly long when returning to Gatwick at midnight. Our car eventually arrived 50 minutes later. When flights get delayed they didn't cope well as lots of people were waiting. Not a great experience and would consider not use them again.

Service was okay but we were waiting at least 20 minutes in the car park late at night for our car to be delivered.
