Reviewed on 31st July 2013I arrived to pick up my car at 1am on Thurs 18th July and when I put my ticket in machine (I had paid online when booked in Dec 2012) the machine said outstanding debt £192!! As you can imagine, I nearly collapsed! I went into the office and the chap checked my details online and said 'try this ticket as the machine is playing up'! Luckily, this worked but as the machine had requested my debit card, I wondered how many people go ahead and pay as they are worried about getting out of the car park?

Reviewed on 22nd July 2013Good, but we did have to wait for 25 minutes outside the Gatwick terminal as there were so many people also waiting. Perhaps you should consider more frequent buses at busy times.

Reviewed on 18th June 2013Sorry but once again vehicle registration was not recognised on exit = get out and pay. Otherwise it was fine & the best price.

Reviewed on 11th January 2013Very good no problems with payments and getting out of the carpark. The only problem was at the airport when we came back we had trouble locating the bus stop, maybe it would be better if you could put this information on the e-mail confirmation.

Reviewed on 28th June 2012Not bad, but no info on bus elctronic or verbal to where you are, eg which car park zone, etc, needs to be sorted.

Reviewed on 5th May 2012Everything went really smoothly until I came to exit the carpark and the automated ticket machine did not recognise the fact that I had pre-paid for my stay, 5 minutes later after going to the kiosk to have my pre-payment clarified I was allowed to exit.

Reviewed on 31st August 2011Park and Go are the cheapest I have found and have used them on more than one occasion. Gatwick long stay parking is reliable and on-site.

Reviewed on 20th April 2011Car park excellent, bus service very fast and frequent. However on return I had to go to customer sevices and they were very suspicious of my booking. They claimed that they didnt know I was coming even though I had the printed booking form and confirmation that I had paid. Several people came to scrutinise my paperwork before issuing me with an exit ticket. I felt a bit like a criminal - no idea what Id done wrong?

Reviewed on 5th April 2011Very good, but I have parked in the summer and the waiting times are not so good. Bus drivers could try to be more friendlier. But some customers are rude so I can't blame them.
