Good efficient and courteous service.Disappointed on exit that prepaid ticket would not let me out.Apparently the data was not transferred to Long Stay system,hence I had to show my booking reference which delayed my exit.No problem using this service in future or recommending it

easy to park bus pickup very good .the only problem was the bus stop to the car park on our return was not very well sigh posted

Cannot really fault the service. Buses were clean and modern with pleasant drivers. Unfortunately the late return to North Terminal (00.15)and with the very late arrival of luggage and the signage for the terminal shuttle not being totally clear, the return to the car park was not a good experience. None of the criticism could be levelled at the car parking but you may want to take it up with those concerned?

I parked up at 2.30am and found it all very easy and the pick up was there in minutes, coming back was also good but when waiting for the coach to come back, bus took a while and the times kept changing on the board for the bus arrival. However all very easy and quick when left the car park. Would definetly use again

It was an unnecessary complication to have to take 2 buses from the South terminal Long Stay Car Park to get a plane out of the North Terminal - couldn't a bus be scheduled to have a drop off/ pick up from both Terminals?

Overall experience very good - all worked well. Only detraction was the way out and lack of clear direction - personal knowledge of the airport meant I was able to take a quicker route out, but initial hesitation on the part of most drivers at the busy approach must be the cause of a number of near misses!

Easy to find, simple payment meant quick to exit the car park and good shuttle service. Would have been better if the exit was better sign-posted as we went round the car park several times to find it - there are currently some construction works which didn't help

Parking easy transfer quick and efficient, reasonable cost. One grumble was that the driver who collected us from the terminal on the return was quite rude. He expected all passengers to somehow know that if he shouted out a bus stop that they had to reply yes if they wanted him to stop there. He actually missed a couple of stops and when passengers pointed it out he was quite dismissive and full of attitude.

Parking and getting to the Terminal were fine. On arriving back at UK we did not see any signs for the park and go bus stop
