Very Pleased

No hassle parking. A little bit of a wait for the return bus but would definitely use this again.

Excellent facility, handy for terminal, transfer buses every 10 mins or so. My driver was helpful and friendly. Clean easy to navigate....well done, pity they can't do the same with the airport!!

Car park was huge but good signposting made it easy to negotiate. Buses were frequent and drivers helpful, even very early in the morning. One suggestion would be to take note of the area that you are in, as it’s easy to get lost. Had a problem on exit, but it was dealt with efficiently. Would use again.

Car park well signposted; attendants on hand to give directions on arrival; car park clean and spaces well marked out. The advisory emails with booking reference etc could be a little clearer in saying that CCTV cameras check and scan your vehicle's reg number as part of the exit-check procedure. One question - are all images of vehicle reg numbers destroyed afterwards? This is a Data Privacy question.

We travelled up from South West - it was really easy to find as road and car park directions clear. Plenty of parking spaces. Bus came on time - nice clean and easy to board Return journey - didn't wait at all for bus and the cashier was very friendly - even tho' it was 2.30 am! Will use it again. Top tip - give yourself plenty of time when booking arrival/departure times. It's expensive if you go over the time you state.

Transfers to and from the airport did not require long waits. transfers themselves were quick.

As always the instructions and entry to the carpark and were easy to follow and the bus was already waiting to transfer us to the South Terminal with little delay. On return, the transfer bus was as efficient. Just remember to write down your parking area and bus stop number!
