Reviewed on 2nd March 2011Number plate recognition didn't work so had to get out go into office and get card etc, also had to get shuttle to north terminal as wasn't stated on booking, spaces very smal for large vehicles.

Reviewed on 26th February 2011Good efficient and courteous service.Disappointed on exit that prepaid ticket would not let me out.Apparently the data was not transferred to Long Stay system,hence I had to show my booking reference which delayed my exit.No problem using this service in future or recommending it

Reviewed on 22nd December 2010Really straightforward and you are quickly on your way.Buses are frequent and easy to board.Parking is on the airport complex.No excess charges for overstay due to homeward flight delay. Excellent.

Reviewed on 4th October 2010Cannot really fault the service. Buses were clean and modern with pleasant drivers. Unfortunately the late return to North Terminal (00.15)and with the very late arrival of luggage and the signage for the terminal shuttle not being totally clear, the return to the car park was not a good experience. None of the criticism could be levelled at the car parking but you may want to take it up with those concerned?
