Only waited 5 minutes for the bus to the Terminal, and on the way back the same. Made life a lot easier.

Had no problems finding the car park (although the sat nav did). got my ticket and got on the bus. Couldn;t of been simpler.

Plenty of parking and bus service was quite frequent, everything went like clockwork. Just a word of caution - when you enter the long stay, the road forks suddenly into long stay on the right and long stay PLUS on the left. I had to stop and think for a second - wish the PLUS thing was a different colour theme altogether as they appear very similar to the eye.

Really great experience. no problems with parking depite 3 foot of snow, conection buses on time and a very under standind crew for when i had a problem when my flight was delayed for 24 hours. would definatley use again as i have in the past. well recomended. simply put. you drive in park get on a bus 5 mins later you are ot the airpor.

Very good. Straight in and straight out. Just remember to note not only your Zone letter and number, but also your courtesy bus stop number!

Easy to use parking. Parked the car, waited about 2 minutes for the bus and was easily taken to the airport. When we returned the bus was waiting. Simple, hassle free parking

As a 63yr old man who is not terribly IT literate I found the experience very simple. I was not aware that on arrival there was a system whereby my vehicle reg was recorded as I had to go to the customer service to check how I exited the car park.

We thought the Long Stay South Terminal car park very good value, but it took us an hour to find it from the Cork-London flight, was it us or does everyone have this problem.

Overall experience very good - all worked well. Only detraction was the way out and lack of clear direction - personal knowledge of the airport meant I was able to take a quicker route out, but initial hesitation on the part of most drivers at the busy approach must be the cause of a number of near misses!
