this was he first time we had used this service. Instructions for return were very vague and it took us ages to find the right place to get the bus. Also, guy on the bus was very stroppy when we finally did board after waiting about 30 mins Good value but needs a bit more customer service especially when individuals have just got off a flight and are not at their best.

I parked up at 2.30am and found it all very easy and the pick up was there in minutes, coming back was also good but when waiting for the coach to come back, bus took a while and the times kept changing on the board for the bus arrival. However all very easy and quick when left the car park. Would definetly use again

Hi, we returned to the UK on Tuesday night, having got a ferry, trains etc. due to the volcanish ash erupting again and neither my husband or I could find our car and a very helpful young man from the parking company drove me around until we found it. We were very grateful to him and thought this was beyond the call of duty!

Easy to follow instructions, bus service very efficient but most impressed by waiving of the extra parking fee caused by volcanic delays! Will definately use this company again.

No problems service as expected

It was an unnecessary complication to have to take 2 buses from the South terminal Long Stay Car Park to get a plane out of the North Terminal - couldn't a bus be scheduled to have a drop off/ pick up from both Terminals?

Great service. Car park close to airport and frequent bus srvice. Will use again.
