Reviewed on 7th April 2025I've used various valet companies through park and go and never had a bad experience, until now. Both the drop off and collection was horrific and stressful. I called on the drop off as requested 20 minutes before arriving. When I got there, there was no one to collect the car. Several calls later and a 15 minute wait and someone eventually turned up. The return collection was far worse though. I called just prior to collecting my luggage to let the company know luggage had started to come out, they said call again when luggage arrived. 5 minutes later I called to let them know the luggage had been collected, no answer. Called again, no answer. I called 30 times over a period of 20 minutes and just got the message that the user was unable to take your call. I walked to the car park totally stressed and pulled out my paperwork. I saw a second number on the paperwork and called that, after 2 attempts I got an answer. I was told my car would be there in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my car arrived, I was furious. It had been about 45/50 mins since my first call. I will not use this company again. I'm not sure if it's a one man outfit as it was the same guy on both legs of my journey and who took all the calls.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2024Worst valet parking I’ve ever used. Late in the morning at the original drop off time and had to wait too long at 11pm at night after a long day of travelling, clearly short staffed.

Reviewed on 3rd September 2024Staff were friendly but the car was returned filthy dirty covered in mud! It Looked like it had been driven around a muddy field. The front and back windscreens were so dirty we had to clean them before we could drive off safely ! We have used Park and Go many times before but would not use this particular company again. The car had just been cleaned when we dropped it off and had to have a full valet after! Very disappointing.

Reviewed on 10th October 2023Booked after reading reviews. We were delayed about an hour dropping off but this was not a problem. BUT...I thought my fuel had gone down so checked my dashcam. After picking up the car it was parked on a side street at Gatwick for a few hours before being driven to a house. Left the house a few hours later and parked at Premier Inn for a couple of hours, then onto Travelodge until pick up day when it was taken to Tesco's to wait until we called. On the face of it a good service but not parked in a fully secure, fully insured car park as stated!

Reviewed on 21st August 2017Unfortunately, even after receiving confirmation via email from the company of a change of collection date clearly nobody communicates in this company as when we arrived at Gatwick our car was not there. All knowledge was denied of any communication between us and the company even though we had proof. We waited for well over an hour to the point my 10 year old son was in tears. We finally left Gatwick at nearly 4 am with another 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us home to Bristol. Thanks for a terrible time through no fault of our own whatsoever.

Reviewed on 12th July 2017Total Chaos this time! Having used Park and go twice before, we booked with them again recently. We phoned when we're were 20 minutes away from arriving at the car park and were a little concerned that they couldn't find my name on the system. However, as had happened before someone came to collect the car and all seemed fine when we left. However, when we returned and phoned again to let them know that we had collected our bags and were ready to collect the car, the same thing happened. My name couldn't be found, they were not interested in my booking reference and quite simply the guy on the phone was unable to connect me with my car. I could hear what sounded like someone rummaging around in a drawer full of keys and was told that they would be very happy to find my car. I was eventually reunited with my car 1 hour and 40 minutes after calling. The driver paid our exit fee from the car park and left in a hurry.

Reviewed on 7th July 2017I have used This company before and been satisfied. But this time was extremely unimpressed. We landed and rang for our car, but had to ring 4 times before they eventually picked up(15 minutes after first call)By this time we was already at the pick up point. It then took over 30 mins for them to deliver the car. During this time I rang them and asked where it was and was not happy with the guys attitude. He was very whatever. And when I questioned as to the delay in picking up the phone in the beginning he said that he would have to check his call history as to whether I did call that amount of times. I will continue to book via park and go, but will not ever select Gatwick Valet again Regards, Len Spencer.

Reviewed on 11th June 2017Our vehicle came back with 5 scratches on the bumper. Liability was denied and whilst I have asked for the insurers to be appraised I have heard nothing further. The aftercare is the worst I have experienced. Altogether very unsatisfactory.
