Extremely rude, abrupt and ignorant driver sent to collect my car on arrival at LGW Airport, once he had my keys proceeded to drive my Car out of the short stay car park like it was a Rally Car. Tarnished my long weekend away as worried about what state my car would be in on my return. Will never book with this company again.

Terrible return, car was left unlocked and unattended when driver did appear he was not interested saying he was busy.

Booking through Park and Go pleasant experience! The experience using Gatwick Parking Valet Service very poor. I had booked 2 cars for meet and greet and one car was brought back in 15 minutes from our call the other car it took 45 minutes. Guess what it seemed that it was the same driver delivering both the cars. Our flight got delayed due to the weather by about 1.5 hours. The driver claims he was helping as he does not work for Gatwick Parking Valet - as the other driver had left for the day!!! I tried calling back on the mobile number to get an update and the person answered the first couple time after that it kept going to voice mail. I would not use Gatwick Parking Valet Company again.

Instructions totally wrong - told to go to a car park which was closed. On return chaos at Gatwick, wait of 40 minutes and car then returned to different place from which we were told - only saw our car by chance. Overall very poor service. Unlikely to use this service again.

I am giving one star as there isn't an option to give no stars! I use valet parking at Gatwick regularly and this is by far the most incompetent company operating. We were met by a nice guy who took our car from us in the car park opposite the terminal, all went well! On the return it specifically says do not call before you have collected your baggage as it only takes them 10-15 minutes to return your car. It actually took 45 minutes, we stood in that awful car park with our 3 year old twins waiting and waiting. We called and were told TWICE our car was on its way, 3rd time we were told it was actually stuck in a car park!! Then when it eventually arrived the guy half heartedly apologised whist shrugging his shoulders and when I complained about my children having to sit in car park for 45 minutes when actually they could have told us what was happening and we would have happily gone for a coffee (it was only 9am!) he started having a go at me and telling me I need to listen to him, he got annoyed and then just walked off!!!! I wasn't rude I just expressed how bad they were at communication and handling this situation. I will never use this company again, there are much better ones who provide a fantastic service and all their drivers have lovely manners! When customer service isn't important to a company its needs avoiding!

The whole service was very efficient and easy to do. On return we were about to phone the car return when they phoned us. We had no hanging about or waiting each way. Will use the service again. recommended.

It took 2 phone calls and 40 minutes for my car to arrive before I could get away home. Disappointed having paid for a valet parking service and it was 2140 at night. No excuse.

Booked through park and go, arrived at the airport 1.5hr early and told wait 40min as they had no drivers. Never use this firm or Park and Go again, as refused to admit failure, see them in the small claims court!

For me this is an excellent service, as I hate faffing around with buses that stop loads of times and sometimes waiting for an uncertain time. For the money £53 approx for 10 days at Gatwick this is good value and you just call when you are 15 mins away and someone is more or less there to greet you (well, within 5 mins) and then when you return - call once you have your baggage and they are there with your car - Excellent! I will always use this form of parking at Gatwick and other London Airports. Thanks!
