Very straight forward to use - quick to come and collect and return car. Great service, would definitely use again.

It was really convenient with Park and Go. Fuss free and affordable. I would have given it a 5/5 but because I had to wait for 30 minutes for the person to collect my car. The redeeming part was during the return process. The person was already waiting for us when we reached the car park and that took less than 10 minutes. I'll definitely use park and go again. Keep it up!

Excellent service and very good price. Someone was waiting to collect the car when we arrived. The only hiccup we had was that when we came back to collect the car, it was there, but no one was with it. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up - he's gone to get another car. Otherwise, very pleased.

We were trying to fly from Gatwick on the day the drones closed down the airport. We had to park and move to Heathrow and Gatwick Valet Parking went above and beyond meeting us quickly so that we could make a bus (and not have to wait an hour for the next one). The return pick-up went equally smoothly. When we spoke on the phone (several times) they seemed to know who we were and could give good advice. Really cannot fault.
