We were trying to fly from Gatwick on the day the drones closed down the airport. We had to park and move to Heathrow and Gatwick Valet Parking went above and beyond meeting us quickly so that we could make a bus (and not have to wait an hour for the next one). The return pick-up went equally smoothly. When we spoke on the phone (several times) they seemed to know who we were and could give good advice. Really cannot fault.

I have used The Gatwick Valet Parking Company for the past 4 years and will continue to use again and again as the staff are friendly, helpful and offer great customer satisfaction. I am still amazed at the lost cost, especially when I am away for 3 weeks when other companies charge almost twice as much. Thanks again and keep up the excellent service.

Prompt service at both drop off and collection. Only criticism is that neither representative wore anything to show who they worked for, only on asking and seeing paperwork did I know. Not so much an issue due to early flights so not so many people around but a little disconcerting.
