The only hiccup we had was that when we came back to collect the car, it was there, but no one was with it. We had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up - he's gone to get another car. Otherwise, very pleased.

Reviewed on 13th January 2019We were trying to fly from Gatwick on the day the drones closed down the airport. We had to park and move to Heathrow and Gatwick Valet Parking went above and beyond meeting us quickly so that we could make a bus (and not have to wait an hour for the next one). The return pick-up went equally smoothly. When we spoke on the phone (several times) they seemed to know who we were and could give good advice. Really cannot fault.
