Good communication with friendly staff. Car was picked up and dropped off on time. The only thing I would like to have seen is some id and official paper work from the pick up driver and receipt for condition of the vehicle.

An excellent service. Quick to collect the car and it was waiting for me on return.

Unfortunately, even after receiving confirmation via email from the company of a change of collection date clearly nobody communicates in this company as when we arrived at Gatwick our car was not there. All knowledge was denied of any communication between us and the company even though we had proof. We waited for well over an hour to the point my 10 year old son was in tears. We finally left Gatwick at nearly 4 am with another 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of us home to Bristol. Thanks for a terrible time through no fault of our own whatsoever.

Fantastic service. Even better price. Rang just as we got off the M25 and car was collected as soon as we arrived at Gatwick (right outside departures). Equally efficient on our return. A quality service.

Very good service as usual - we were met on time for dropping the car off, one slight negative was whilst the car was ready to meet us on arrival coming back - we did have to wait between 5 and 10 minutes for the driver to re-appear.

First time used this service and wondered how successful the timing would be. well I was amazed how organised, prompt and polite this service was. On arrival, I called as I entered the M23 off the M25, I was given instruction where to park car, followed instructions arrived at orange ground floor express pick up. Got out of car to look around for if I was in right area a man approaches me with details of pick, takes photos checks return flight takes keys and ticket wishes a great holiday and off we go to terminal which down a slope up a lift and you are there!!.our friends used long stay parking we arrived same time we were at check and they were waiting for a bus from the car park. on arriving back when we picked our suitcases off the carousel I rang park and go wait at express pick up orange ground floor we walked to that point see our car wasn't there looked at entrance our car turning in drop off ticket and keys handed check car as asked but no worries there paid ticket £3.80 got in car and off we went at 00.21 that was 21 minutes after we picked up cases our friends hadn't even got to the long stay car park. this was the best service I have ever seen in car parks and will always use in future, well done all involved.
