Excellent service on drop off - I was called to check my arrival time 25 minutes prior to arrival, given very clear instructions and driver was waiting when we got here. Driver also helpfully gave us directions for quickest route to our check in desk. Our experience on return was totally different. Called on collecting luggage to be told the wait would be 20-25 minutes. After 35 minutes the driver called and had been sent to the wrong terminal, finally arriving 40 minutes after I called. When I explained this to the driver he said I could not be right and told me he had only been sent out 20 minutes earlier. I offered to show him the call log on my phone. Would have been quicker to pay far less and park at long stay.

We have used this company for the past three or four years and have found them to be reliable, punctual and courteous. Their prices are extremely competitive. The convenience of pulling up directly outside the airport terminal, unloading and having someone take your car away to be parked and then meet you at the end of the holiday cannot be overstated.

Good service and good price for 2 weeks away.
