I'm a single mum to 3 children, this was my first experience of parking at Gatwick & this service was so simple & easy that it was a dream! I left my car literally outside the south terminal & they collected it. I would definitely use this service again & can't recommend it enough.

Parking is convenient but having used the service a few times now, the estimate to collect and return the car are way out, even at less busy times - we always double what we are told. This time the car was returned covered in bird droppings and the drivers side floor mat, carpet, interior panels and door card covered in dried-on mud. Not great!

SLIGHT CONFUSION REGARDING PICK-UP SITE, BUT SOON RESOLVED. NO PROBLEMS ON RETURN EVEN THOUGH IT WAS FROM DIFFERENT TERMINAL.

Total Chaos this time! Having used Park and go twice before, we booked with them again recently. We phoned when we're were 20 minutes away from arriving at the car park and were a little concerned that they couldn't find my name on the system. However, as had happened before someone came to collect the car and all seemed fine when we left. However, when we returned and phoned again to let them know that we had collected our bags and were ready to collect the car, the same thing happened. My name couldn't be found, they were not interested in my booking reference and quite simply the guy on the phone was unable to connect me with my car. I could hear what sounded like someone rummaging around in a drawer full of keys and was told that they would be very happy to find my car. I was eventually reunited with my car 1 hour and 40 minutes after calling. The driver paid our exit fee from the car park and left in a hurry.
