THANK YOU FOR ARRANGING THE PARKING AT GATWICK WITH THE GATWICK VALET PARKING COMPANY. IT WAS A SMOOTH OPERATION. ON MY ARRIVAL THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME ALSO ON ARRIVAL BACK. NO DELAYS WERE ENCOUNTERED AND VERY PLEASED WITH A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

The service we received was very good. I made a mistake not realizing that Virgin had moved from the South to the North terminal. They were absolutely fine about making the change and collected and picked up at the different terminal. All very good.

The instruction prior to arriving at Gatwick and then the car hand over went like clockwork. I would recommend this option for car park up.

Collection and return of my card was handled promptly.

Excellent and prompt drop off but on return we were given the wrong location for pick when we notified arrival. However apologies were given and it would not stop me using this service again.

Excellent as usual. Have now used the Gatwick Valet company at least a dozen times, and the service is always very good. This time however we were away for five weeks and when the car was brought back, it was slightly dirtier than usual, had been under some trees I think. Hence only 4 stars. Usually I would give 5stars to them.
