I have used various parking companies at Gatwick and have recently used Park & Go for the first time. The service was simply brilliant. Easy drop off at the airport, followed by an easy pick up at the airport. My car was checked when handing over and checked when given back. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, have used before and would use again!

I do not recommend this company. We followed all instructions and called the number within specified timescales before arrival at airport and again upon our return from holiday. Both occasions we waited too long for some to collect/return our car. A shuttle service would have been quicker. Upon arrival at airport (departure day) we waited in the car park for 25mins, meaning they had 35mins notice, they state they will be with u in 10-15mins. Upon our return at 2am in the morning we waited 40mins for our car. I kept phoning them to be told they are very busy!!! We had a tired, poorly 4yr old and even telling them my son was ill didn't speed things up! They clearly didn't have enough staff on duty for amount of arrivals. In addition to the waiting times each end everytime you speak to them on the phone it's very frustrating. They appear to have a reception issue which results in a number of calls being disconnected. In addition there's a slight language barrier. Poor service over all.

I would thoroughly recommend Gatwick Valet Parking. The drivers who collected the car and brought it back after our holiday were both prompt, efficient & courteous. And it was such a bonus to be able to just walk into the terminal straight from the drop-off car park. A competitive price through Park & Go as well! Thank you.

I thought the price included the car park exit fee. Other than that the service was quite good.

Really good. First time of using meet and greet and the price was actually cheaper than using APH or Purple Parking so was a no brainer! I'd definitely use them again if they stick to these prices. Was a bit of a wait when we came out of the terminal to go home as they say to call after you've got your bags.

Once again good service. Minimum wait time on collection and delivery. Driver very courteous. Pity the route from arrivals to car park was badly signed and very busy.

We always use Park & Go and The Gatwick Valet Parking Company. Good prices and great service, never had a problem, courteous and friendly service.

I booked to arrive at 12.30 on sat 10th, we rang 15 minutes before we arrived as asked to d. We still had to sit around for 10 minites after we got there until someone arrived. Upon return, once we had collected our baggage we tried to ring the given number which went straight to voicemail which at 3am is not what you want!! It took 4 attempts to get through by which time we are getting worried! Once we did get through they said 10 minutes so we waited and waited and waited, after nearly 35 minutes the driver arrived in my car by which point I was really quite angry tired and wanted to get home! (3.50am by this point) Overall on the way out and way back we were really dissatisfied, we used them this year because of how good the service was last year but after this experience we will not again!

Everything worked like clockwork. Very impressed with the speed and professionalism you delivered. Have already recommended you to a friend. Look forward to using you again on our next trip.
