Excellent service. On time - despite delays (in both directions). The driver was waiting for us to arrive and the car was delivered back after just 5 minutes on our return. The driver was pleasant and friendly. Would recommend.

Have used The Gatwick Valet parking Company numerous times and wont go anywhere else now. Phone 15 minutes prior to arrival and they are there waiting for you. On return phone once collected baggage and cleared customs and car delivered back to where you dropped it. Excellent service.

Efficient service. Phone answered straight away and car came quickly on our return. Could improve drop off at south terminal car park with a sign as we we’re not sure where to put the car in the orange zone.

Great service and no issues except we were waiting a while (15 minutes or so) for the driver for our outbound journey despite phoning ahead to tell them our arrival time. Alternatively though, on the way home the driver was waiting for us as our luggage took a long time to come through at Gatwick. Used two years running and will use again.
