We received an excellent service from Park & Go - the drivers were punctual and helpful. The service made our departure on holiday really easy and our return (around 1am and at the South Terminal instead of the North) very easy. Thank you for an excellent service.

A bit disappointing this time. Firstly, the instructions from Park and Go said go to Car Park 6, and it was closed. Then on our return after an overnight flight we had to wait 20 minutes in car park 5, only to have to go to the pay kiosk to buy a ticket for £3.50 to get out. Next time we will choose a parking company which uses the external drop off areas.

What's not to like-you drop car at short term car park - a park n go driver checks your car and drives it away leaving you practically at departures door - on arrival after your holiday call them after you collect luggage and go to exact place you dropped car off and there he is waiting for you - ITS THAT SIMPLE - EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service for excellent prices.
