Great, efficient service. Second time we have used them & will definitely use again.

The car park itself is incredibly tight for parking with small spaces and as there is no allocated space to meet your Meet and Greet rep it is all a bit stressful. The actual pick up and drop off worked well but if I had a choice I would be picked up on the forecourt. Price was reasonable and the pick up people polite and prompt.

This is the 5th or 6th time we have used Park & Go and the service was up to the usual high standard despite the closure of Car Park 6. Will continue to use and recommend them.

Used this company before and have found that on both occasions you are stood waiting for them to turn up, even if you have rung ahead to give them the 15 minutes as requested. This time s rang them to ask where they were before I set off from the hotel to the airport. I then waited where I was for 15 minutes and them set off getting to the drop off point about 20 to 25 minutes after I called to let them know. Imagine my surprise when I then had to wait for another 15 to 20 minutes before my driver turned up. It's very frustrating. However the driver was the same guy as last time and he was very polite and helpful a credit to the company. Upon return, no complaints car was waiting for us, but then we were a bit late taking off, oh and the parking cost me £4.50 not £3.00. All in all a good enough experience to use again.

Although we have always had good service from EPG in the past and recommended the company to friends we were disappointed this year as when we arrived at Gatwick the company did not have a record of our booking and we had to wait some time for someone to arrive and although we confirmed our return date and time we had to wait at least 20 minutes for our car on return.

The easiest 5 stars. Quick pick up and even quicker delivery. Highly recommended and best price you'll find.

For the car drop off I rang the company as instructed 20 minutes before arrival at Gatwick and was pleased to find the driver already waiting for us. Upon our return, even though the aircraft landed early and the arrivals and car parks were very busy, we only had to wait no more than 5 minutes for our vehicle to arrive. No fuss and everything straight forward; just what you need after a tiring night flight. Would certainly use again if the price remains competitive.
