Prompt collection and return, thanks.

Prompt service on arrival and collection and great service.

On arrival things went fairly smoothly, although my car was not brought to me which it has been in the past. On my return which was later than expected, I was told that there would be a 20 minute delay, this turned out to be 30 mins, I was waiting at the lifts on level 1 for my car to be delivered, then a guy arrived showing me that my car was already parked and the exit ticket is now £3.50 which I did not know or have. He very kindly paid the extra 50p so I could leave.

We arrived an hour and a half late at Gatwick due to a hold up on the motorway and still our connection with the parking company went smoothly. We were met by a very polite friendly man who took our car and returned it promptly to us after our weekend away. No worries.

Very good service, I used both south and north terminals and was served well at both. A VERY GOOD PRICE. I booked well in advance, with no trouble, will use again.
