Excellent service thank you but maybe staff could wear official badges or jackets so we feel a little more safe when handing over car keys.

Terrible return, car was left unlocked and unattended when driver did appear he was not interested saying he was busy.

All arrangements worked perfectly.

The parking drop off was disappointing. I was told that I would be met by a driver within ten minutes, but I actually had to wait for half an hour. The pick up was marginally better, with the driver only being five minutes later than I was told he would be. To be honest, I wouldn't really the wait so much if they were just more honest (or accurate) about how long it would be. Overall, though, the car was taken, stored (apparently on a muddy field judging by the mud on the sides of the tyres) and returned without damage, so they did do what they said they'd do. They just took longer to do it than advertised.

Took the stress out of parking for me and my family. Didn't have to worry about bus transfers from the terminal building to the car park as we collected from the short stay area.

Booking through Park and Go pleasant experience! The experience using Gatwick Parking Valet Service very poor. I had booked 2 cars for meet and greet and one car was brought back in 15 minutes from our call the other car it took 45 minutes. Guess what it seemed that it was the same driver delivering both the cars. Our flight got delayed due to the weather by about 1.5 hours. The driver claims he was helping as he does not work for Gatwick Parking Valet - as the other driver had left for the day!!! I tried calling back on the mobile number to get an update and the person answered the first couple time after that it kept going to voice mail. I would not use Gatwick Parking Valet Company again.

Great experience on arrival friendly and professional man came to pick my car up. On returning to the UK I had a little trouble getting hold of the company (directed to answer phone 3 times) and it took more than half an hour after my call for my car to be returned. So perhaps I'll use the long stay car park next time as it would be quicker. And cheaper.

The Valet company did not have a record of my booking on my departure or my return. Also on my return we had to wait 20 minutes once we arrived at the meeting point. We were still met but was not a great start or end to a holiday!

Met us on arrival. Helpful and pleasant guy. But charged me extra due to my flight being delayed for 22 hours. Bit unfair as it was unavoidable.

Drop off was simple with driver waiting when we arrived at Gatwick. He didn't inspect the vehicle as much as I expected or ask me to sign for anything like mileage or visible damage. I have a company car with a tracker so not as important if it was my own car. Called to collect car once waiting for my cases and was told they would be 15 minutes. 1 hour later car arrived due to a mix up with wrong car sent. Very apologetic and paid £3 car park ticket. Would use again despite the delay with collection as my car didn't look like it had been parked in a field unlike other meet and greet companies I have used before.
