Rang twice from collecting baggage to car park was told twice go to orange level one waited there for 1/2 hour then rang again told go to orange ground floor, met the guy with my car had to pay £7.50 instead of £3 there fault not mine.

Really good service Only irritation , having to pay £3.50 for 2 mins in the car park on exit. Better if could be picked up in drop off zone.

We were met at departure with no hanging around and our car was ready when we returned to the car-park having cleared the customs etc. Really good service and highly recommended.

Bit of confusion when I rang to say was arriving couldn't seem to find my booking but only took a minute to sort and were there not to long after coming back no problems drivers both polite and helpful. Will defiantly use them again and will recommend the company to my friends a family.

Great service as usual. Only issue there appears to be two companies working under the same name. When we phoned ahead prior to our arrival they didn't have our booking? We were advised to use a different phone number to printed on the coupon?

Booked on-line, found it from Google search, received confirmation the instructions were very clear, very happy with the service and managed to get best price.
